This has been my Friday view for well over a year now.

Today I found I no longer need weekly treatments for a blood disease I’ve been dealing with for the last few years. I’ve reached the end of a pretty significant chapter of my life, and no longer need to be spending so much time at the and perhaps even better, I get my weekends back!

It’s hard to know how to feel right now other than bewildered that it’s over. To everyone who knew and offered me such kind words along the way; to the people who sat with me during treatments; to my family & friends; the staff at the RMCC; DCC Hockey coaches, admins, parents and players; business partners & clients; CU Denver Business School staff and my students; from the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU!

JUST CLOSED!!

Paradise Village experienced quite a bit of activity for a manufactured home community asset of this quality, with sixteen offers from nine states (shown above with offers from each state), including two offers at the asking price of $3,700,000 - a 3.9% capitalization rate. There was interest from investors in eleven states, with over forty-four Confidentiality Agreements executed. The most interest came from Colorado, which had at least eleven CAs signed during the marketing period. CBRE was able to generate the majority of interest from investors outside of Colorado, which illustrates, in part, the value of working with a professional broker, especially one with a rolodex with over 8,900 potential manufactured housing investors.
