🌇 Denver Metro Monday Market Update for April 2025

KEY TAKEAWAYS:

▶ Median close price was up for both detached and attached homes, increasing 1.5% overall in April

▶ Inventory continued its steady ascent as new listings are up 11% and month-end inventory is up another 22.5%

▶ Buyers, reversing course from March, showed up in fewer numbers as pending transactions were down 2%
