Now that we’re a few months into 2026, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting on the past year and feeling incredibly grateful — for my clients, my family, and the work I get to do every day.

2025 marked 20 years as a licensed real estate agent (21 years in the industry!) and just over a year since launching EverNest Realty Advisors. Building this business through referrals, repeat clients, and genuine relationships — while still prioritizing family and balance — has meant everything to me.

Last year I had the opportunity to close several wonderful homes, including 5 over $1M — 3 of them over $2M — with my top sale at $2,780,000. I’ve never been big on labels like “luxury agent” — I simply focus on taking care of my clients — and I’m proud of that milestone.

On the personal side in 2025 💛
Seth and I celebrated 11 years of marriage (19 together), McKinley turned 9, Madison turned 15, and we spent part of the summer exploring Spain — which also marked the 10th country we’ve been able to travel to with McKinley. Creating those experiences together has been incredibly special for our family.

As I move through 2026, I’m being more intentional — especially around health, fitness, and balance — and that may mean sharing a little more of real life here alongside real estate.

I first met these sellers back in 2017 through a past client. We explored their options, but the timing wasn’t right. Fast forward to last fall, they reached out, ready to make their move. Today, they closed on the first home they bought together as newlyweds, and next week, we close on their new home in Elizabeth!

As we dive into a new year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all my amazing clients who made 2024 another incredible year in real estate.

This past year was especially meaningful as I took the leap to start my own brokerage, EverNest Realty Advisors—a dream I’ve held for so long. It’s been a journey filled with growth, hard work, and a renewed passion for helping families find their perfect homes.
