The market is showing signs of stability. The median single-family home price is holding strong at $660K, thanks to increased buyer activity driven by lower interest rates.

Inventory is up by 5%, giving buyers more options. Larger homes are selling, making it look like prices are rising. Although buyers are taking their time, showings are higher than last year. With interest rates expected to drop even more, we’re gearing up for a lively spring 2025.
