Today is October 10th. Lets look at the past month. The September market was… flat. 🏡

Little change across listings, prices, or pending sales compared to August. With inventory steady and days on market holding, the market feels paused — waiting for the next move.

👉 Sellers: Be mindful of value and presentation. Homes that are priced right and pristine are the ones going under contract — not the ones adding to the months of inventory.
