Looking for something cool to explore in downtown Denver? We are very thrilled to be the host for “A Good Idea” II: State of Play Denver, a two-part architectural exhibition by the University of Colorado Denver College of Architecture and Planning at Market Station. Running from September 15 to December 8, 2026, the exhibition explores the translation between drawing and making in contemporary architectural practice.

We are excited to welcome HW Home to its new 10,000-square-foot flagship location at 8th & Albion in 9+CO, opening Saturday, September 26.

The new space is 50% larger than HW Home’s former Cherry Creek showroom and incorporates thoughtful design elements that pay tribute to the company’s history, including reclaimed maple flooring and a recreation of the iconic onyx wall from its original Clayton Lane store.

HW Home chose 9+CO in part because of the community’s strong support for local and independent businesses, and the new flagship will serve as a platform for future collaborations and community connections.

Join us for the opening celebration on Saturday, September 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring local pop-ups, refreshments, live music and interactive experiences throughout the showroom. It’s a great opportunity to experience the new HW Home and explore the 9+CO community.

We're excited to announce Water Grill's expansion at our Market Station project—bringing even more oysters, lobster, and the freshest seafood to the neighborhood.

If you haven't experienced Water Grill yet, they're known for flying in the first catch of the season and receiving daily seafood shipments to ensure every dish is served at peak freshness.

Meet Therapy, a new retail concept at 9+CO, our 26-acre urban infill community, that reimagines shopping as both an aesthetic and emotional experience.

Founded by Caitlin Keys, Therapy women’s fashion boutique is a playful nod to “retail therapy.” The shop features a curated selection of statement pieces, artisan fashion, everyday closet favorites and a playful edit of tennis, pickleball, and padel apparel.

Continuum is proud to showcase the refreshed public art piece at 9+CO's Cloud 9 Park: Ana María Hernando’s "To Let the Sky Know / Dejar que el cielo sepa".

Originally debuted in New York City through the Madison Square Park Conservancy's art program, a dedicated section of the installation has been brought to Denver—the artist's home city. Hernando’s signature medium utilizes an abundance of carefully stitched tulle to mimic organic, natural forms. These sumptuous fabric netting sculptures evoke atmospheric clouds, making them perfect for the Cloud 9 Park community space.

Continuum believes in the power of art in public space, with this as the fourth public artwork on the site. Visit and see Kevin Sloan's "Bear", Daisy Patton's "Untitled (Picnic with Flowers)", and Andrew Huffmann's "Modulated 32".

We were honored to receive the Preservation Edge Award for the Frontier Drive-Inn. Colorado Preservation Inc awards projects that offer significant contributions toward preserving Colorado’s built archeological history as well as saving landscapes.

Frontier Drive-Inn opened in 1955 and closed in 1985. We bought it in 2016, renovating the screen, neon sign, snack bar and ticket booth. We created a unique site plan based on crop circles, and added lodging that was in the San Luis Valley’s vernacular. Today, we show movies under the stars and can host 50 or more people. We encourage people to get out during the day and enjoy all the valley has to offer – Penitente Canyon, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Zapata Falls, and numerous hot springs.

Come experience the Frontier Drive-Inn and thank you to Colorado Preservation Inc. for the recognition!
