OZ Architecture and our engineering partners have received the official building permit for construction on AVE Station House in the heart of RiNo. This milestone reflects the dedication and collaboration of many, and we extend our thanks to the City of Denver Building Department and the Community Planning and Development offices for their timely reviews and support that helped advance this project to construction.
