Like many of you, I'm a transplant in this fine city. I moved to Denver from the midwest in 2007 and haven't looked back. Upon my arrival, I immediately fell in love with the architecture. The historical charm, endless varieties of brick homes, and beautifully maintained 19th to mid-20th century craftsmanship excite me. As a kid fresh out of college and new to Colorado, I knew one thing: houses are my passion! With a strong background in sales, negotiation and construction understanding, I am able to offer my clients more than than many brokers. I can tell someone if a house seems generally "solid" and point out highlights/concerns that many agents may not notice. I am most concerned to see that you end up in a great home, so I don't shy from telling you whether you should walk away a home or write an offer. I can also offer an endless amount of knowledge about neighborhoods, local establishments, and market trends. I love my job! I enjoy showing homes, making new friends/clients, and most importantly, working with your best interest in mind. I'm a friendly face, but I'm a negotiating bulldog for my clients behind the scenes (while also maintaining a good relationship with other agents). I want to ensure that I get my clients' every last perk in all transactions in hopes of earning your lifelong business and trust. Whether you're buying your first home, listing a home and looking for the next, or making your first real estate investment in the Denver area, I'd love to be your guy. Real estate makes me tick and I truly love working with and for my people. Feel free to check out my reviews on Zillow and Trulia. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!!
