Skills and Qualifications:

Character and Personality: The ideal candidate should possess the right character and personality traits to effectively engage with clients and represent Shoshana Ranch.

Marketing/Real Estate Background: A strong background in marketing and real estate is essential to effectively support the marketing efforts and property showings.

Local Expertise: A deep understanding of Northern Colorado, including proximity to key areas, knowledge of what Fort Collins has to offer, recreational highlights, and other local insights.
