Spending the last 14 years gaining experience in hospitality, property management, and now real estate, has given me the opportunity to build life-long relationships and helping people live their dreams, which is something I have loved and enjoyed throughout my life. Prior to transitioning into selling real estate, my most recent endeavors have been in property management. Being a property manager
for a firm that represents over 3,000 properties, including single family home, duplexes, and multifamily complexes. I have extensive experience working with real estate agents, tenants, landlords, appraisers, vendors, buyers and sellers. One of my strongest skills is showing compassion and being able to empathize while working with an owner who is selling their long-owned investment property, someone selling in hopes to upgrade, and even in the circumstance when someone is selling to downsize their home. As these will be exciting times for the buyer, it can be a challenging time for the seller, as they have to deal with stresses of moving to a new location and potentially relocating their family. The last 6 years I have learned to work , and become successful at meeting in the middle in understanding terms, patience, and a seamless sell/move-out for the previous owner, and an exciting purchase/move-in experience for you! While I am not out helping you find your dream home, I coach youth club volleyball ages 12-16, which I have done for the last 7 years, as well as playing volleyball in an adult league. I've recently found a new addiction to Orange Theory Fitness, engaged in an exciting Tough Mudder, and I always look forward to the annual half marathon that I run with my mother. This year we are tackling the challenging Rocky Mountain Half in Estes Park. Being a real estate broker has been something I have always been involved in and been around. Not only do I currently hold multiple state real estate licensees, I started off young, helping my family manage their single-family rental homes, but I have been involved in the real estate industry working on all sides of the equation helping buyers, sellers, and tenants alike. Through this I’ve learned how to best serve everyone I work with. I have a great deal of knowledge on what it takes to find you your dream home, ensure a return on your investment home, and find a home that is truly the right fit for you.
