We received over 400 backpacks of school supplies from our amazon wish list to support our student residents this month!

We are so incredibly grateful. Thank you again Max Segall, Sarah Edison, and Josh McIlwain, SFP, LEED Green Associate for spearheading these amazing efforts.

Our community navigators came together to sort the supplies and get ready for our backpack distribution and back to school activities taking place at:
Arroyo Village, August 5, from 11 am – 1pm
Mountain Terrace, August 7, from 11 am – 1pm
Garden Court, August 15, from 11 am – 1pm

We will take pictures to share the immense wave of joy these backpacks will create πŸ’™ 🧑 🩡

Access to fresh, healthy food is part of what makes a community thrive 🍎

We're in partnership with Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Parks & Recreation, and Councilwoman Jamie Torres, to provide fresh food for Arroyo Village and the The Delores Project residents!

We are grateful to our partners, volunteers, and resident services team for making this resource possible for our communities.

NeighborWorks Weeks celebrates partnerships that drive impact on the local level for families and individuals in affordable housing communities.

This week we spotlight how together as a network we strengthen opportunities for families across the state of Colorado and the nation.

Thank you to NeighborWorks America for setting incredible standards for our practice in housing and resident services. This year alone we have provided over 1,000 supportive service meetings to residents through our community navigators. We will continue to strengthen our five pillars of service with your support!

The Globeville Community Event groundbreaking at 4965 Washington St. was a powerful celebration of what is possible when community, partnership, and purpose come together 🀝

Neighbors, partners, and local leaders gathered to mark this exciting step toward expanding access to resources and affordable housing in Globeville. We were honored to be a part of and hear remarks from community stakeholders, followed by a beautiful Aztec land blessing that grounded the moment in healing, history, and hope.

For the first time in approximately one hundred years, Globeville will have a Denver Public Library branch, reflecting a shared commitment to invest in communities and create opportunities for residents to thrive for generations. We are excited to see the construction take root for this new development.
