Not every real estate transaction begins under happy circumstances. Sometimes, we’re called to help people navigate one of life’s more difficult chapters.

After the passing of my client’s father, she was faced with the responsibility of selling his home. I’m truly grateful she trusted me to walk alongside her and her family through such a personal and emotional process. ❤️

Our goal was to make things as easy as possible for her while still getting the best possible outcome. We received multiple offers and ultimately sold the home OVER asking price, something that isn’t easy to accomplish in today’s market.
