HOAs get a bad reputation… until your neighbor decides every brick deserves its own personality. 🌈😂

A well-run HOA can actually do a lot to protect homeowners:

• Protect property values by maintaining neighborhood standards
• Prevent extreme exterior changes that can affect surrounding homes
• Maintain shared spaces & amenities that benefit the entire community

Are HOAs perfect? Absolutely not. But sometimes those rules exist for a reason. 🏡
