Selling a resale home in a neighborhood filled with brand new construction and builder incentives is no small task.
When buyers are being offered rate buy downs, closing cost assistance, and builder perks, it’s critical to have a strategy that clearly communicates the value of a resale home and why it deserves a closer look.
This beautiful 2024 built home offered something many new builds simply don’t: extensive upgrades already completed. From the professionally finished backyard, turf, fencing, lighting, and sunshades to the epoxy coated garages, custom blinds, upgraded lighting, security system, and thoughtful finishes throughout, this home was truly move in ready.
My job was to position the property correctly, highlight the substantial value of the improvements already in place, and ensure buyers understood the cost, time, and effort saved compared to starting from scratch with a builder.
