Collectively we created & shared an evening that we all came TOGETHER AS ONE. 🙏🏼

No left, no right and no in between. 🌎

We were ONE sharing our HUMANITY TOGETHER.

I created RECESS FOR ADULTS after struggling with depression after COVID and working from home and being isolated from my community. 😞

Because of YOU, my peers and colleagues, I was able to come out of my depression and create something beautiful by bringing my friends TOGETHER AS ONE at our RECESS EVENTS.

PROM 2026 was a collective and community building event that brought us TOGETHER to celebrate life, freedom, humanity, friendships, wins, losses, our differences and everything all at once. 🙏🏼

Seeds were planted and previously planted seeds were watered and nurtured. 🌱🌱🌱

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining us and dressing up and celebrating life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. 💜💜💜

And THANK YOU for making PROM 2026 such a HUGE SUCCESS!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Moments like this are exactly why I started Denver Apartment Finders. 💜

A client called this afternoon with a housing voucher saying she needed an apartment for December and was on a low and fixed income.

I told her I have the perfect place for you. I called our partners at Tempo at Nine Mile Station managed by Mission Rock Residential, LLC and they booked a tour for us tonight at 4:30.

After booking our tour, I asked for her address and told her I would pick her up in an hour as she doesn’t have a car or drive.

Getting to know my client on tour and learning she has been on oxygen since getting COVID in 2022 and learning about her life and passions and that she makes an awesome peach cobbler while helping her fill out her application was my AHA moment. 🤯

No AI will ever compare to the in person & human element or the magical and genuine moments of helping out a senior with a technologicaly driven application process and helping her complete her application to secure her new home.

It reminded me of my grandma Vitalia Sanchez who raised me and who gave me life lessons and taught me morals and ended up living out her final years in low income housing for seniors in Belen, New Mexico.

It was a reminder to slow down and to listen and to know when it’s time to jump in and roll out the red carpet and do everything you can for a senior on social security with a housing voucher who needs help. 💜
