This weekend is Grandparents Day, and it's got me thinking about a shift I see around Denver: the big house that made sense when the kids were home starts to feel like more space, more stairs, and more upkeep than anyone actually wants.
I've helped a number of clients through exactly this, selling the family home and finding the next one, sized and located for where life actually is now. Sometimes that's a single-story closer to grandkids. Sometimes it's less square footage and more lock-and-leave freedom.
If you're sitting on a home that's bigger than your life needs right now, I'd be glad to walk through what that transition actually looks like, no pressure, just a real conversation.
