🏡 📊 With mortgage rates moving into the 7s in September (as Treasury yields rose and market uncertainty pressures borrowing costs), affordability and activity have been impacted. But overall, Metro Denver home prices have remained remarkably steady.

🔑 BUYERS: Waiting for "the perfect rate" or market could mean overlooking opportunities available right now. More inventory means more choices and negotiating power. Opportunities such as seller-paid concessions, rate buydowns, and other financing strategies are common practice. Condos and townhomes are offering even more leverage, with almost double the inventory vs. demand than detached homes.
