According to the latest data from Altos Research, the real estate market in 80126 is showing that the market has been cooling off consistently for several weeks, as more homes are available and demand is less. We have begun to seen prices move lower as a result. If the Market Action Index falls into the Buyer’s zone, it is likely that prices continue their downward trend until we see some turnaround in Market Action.

Effective immediately, VA-guaranteed home loans in select Colorado counties now require a Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection report (NPMA-33 form) to be completed before the Notice of Value (NOV) can be issued. This marks a major change, as Colorado was previously exempt from this requirement.
