What’s in store for 2022?

The stats are underway for January 2022. A huge jump in the number of units selling with multiple offers, 58% of detached units and 52.2% of attached units. If a home was in a multiple offer situation, the average percent over asking price for detached homes was 5.5% and 5.4% for attached homes. Data based on Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Elbert and Jefferson Counties, data source REcolorado.
