NAI Shames Makovsky brokers, Evan Makovsky, Dorit Fischer, and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the Siegel family in the sale of a five-property portfolio west of I-25 in Denver’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

This sale will allow for continued investment in one of Denver’s historically underutilized areas, creating an immense opportunity to address Denver’s long-term infrastructure needs to support a growing population.

The companies purchased Elitch Gardens in 2015 and are working together on the large-scale River Mile development.
