THIS WEEK IN DENVER METRO REAL ESTATE.
Inventory makes big jumps, showings did not rebound as expected post Easter Weekend.

Lots of inventory made its way to the market this last week however our buyer pool is showing signs of fading as buyer fatigue and affordability by way of higher interest rates sets in. We expected to see a bump in inventory week over week post Easter weekend, but year over year the inventory is up substantially over last year. Lots of new listings made their way to market in the last week due to people holding off from listing over a holiday weekend.

The average daily active count rose to 2,600 total units for double the amount of active units we saw in the first week of 2022.
