We're here to guide you through the entire real estate experience, step-by-step. Sarvestani Team was started in 2016 to create a locally-based Denver brokerage focused around community and life-long relationships. Purchasing or selling a home is a large financial step for many and often occurs at a critical juncture in their life. As brokers/Investors/Property Managers, Sarvestani Team has worked in Real Estate and Property Management in Denver and its surrounding areas for over twenty years. Afshin’s extensive knowledge of the local market has given him the skills to maximize the potential of each real estate investment/transaction. Afshin and his sister Sophia have lived in Denver metro area for over 25 years. The brother and sister team has always had a passion for real estate. They purchased their first property together in 1992 at the ages of 21 and 25 years old. A graduate of Denver East High school and University of Colorado at Denver, Afshin feels lucky to have been fully immersed in the Mile-High lifestyle since day one. His passion for his job is derived from his love of the Denver Area and his love for real estate and all its benefits; the pride of home ownership, the tangible results of sweat equity and the investment potential. Afshin has a "client for life" motto, and holds each and every client in the highest regard.
