📊🏡 May's statistics are out, and the numbers show that our Denver housing market is moving along at a steady pace. The median home sale price reached $615,000 (up 2.5% from last year), inventory grew, and buyers are still actively making moves. While the mortgage rates are an obstacle for some when it comes to affordability, savvy sellers are adapting and getting creative with concessions and rate buydowns to help close the gap. The bottom line? For buyers and sellers alike there is plenty of opportunity. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or want to chat about the market!
