Nashville, Miami, Orlando, Raleigh, Tucson, Jacksonville, Columbus, Las Vegas, Riverside, Tampa, and Raleigh are all seeing homes sit longer than in other U.S. areas. Builders flooded the market post-pandemic in these cities, but high rates and cautious buyers are cooling things off fast.
