LiveWork Denver,Real Estate for Creative Living:

Our Vision of the World: Artists, entrepreneurs, and other members of the creative class are able to successfully leverage real estate to capitalize on the value they bring to the world. The spaces in which these people choose to Live and Work reflect and support the movement toward a more progressive,
conscious, sustainable world. What We’re Here

to Do: Through innovative approaches to buying, selling, and investing in realestate, LiveWork Denver matches creative people with the spaces that help them become the fullest
expressions of who they truly are. Our Core Beliefs:
Artists and entrepreneurs are powerful financial drivers of our economy and deserve to reap the
benefits of their contributions. We are shifting the archetype of “The Starving Artist” to one of “The Thriving Artist.”
Our physical spaces, where we Live and Work, are integrally tied to our individual self‐identity. We all deserve to be in spaces which support us well. Aesthetics, good design, and functionality are imperative. We are committed to a lifestyle that embraces respect for Planet Earth, respect for one another, and a high degree of creativity, independence, and free‐thinking. Locally‐based and community‐centric economies are the way to a healthier and, more sustainable future. We can no longer plead ignorance to the future implications of our current actions; we must take
responsibility for ourselves and the ecology of our planet today. Generosity is tantamount to success. We have an obligation to share our resources and to give back to the communities in which we Live and Work. At the culmination of a business transaction, every party should feel as though they’ve won. Kindness, compassion, and cooperation are non‐negotiable. Business and humanity should not and cannot be separated. Optimism and joy are requisite. We like to say “yes” and then have a good time discovering ingenious ways to get things done. Our clients are enlivened and empowered by working with us and participating in the community we create.

Most conversations about real estate focus on buildings.

We think it’s equally important to talk about what happens inside and around them.

Third spaces—the cafés, parks, libraries, studios, markets, community centers, and neighborhood gathering places we share—play a critical role in creating connection, belonging, and community resilience.

In a time when loneliness and disconnection are on the rise, these spaces matter more than ever. They are where relationships form, ideas are exchanged, and strangers become neighbors.

That’s why we believe some of the most exciting real estate opportunities aren’t just about developing property—they’re about creating places where people can gather, collaborate, belong, and thrive.

The question isn’t just, “What can this property become?”

It’s also, “What kind of connection can this place make possible?”

Here’s more examples of third spaces around Denver…
Whittier Cafe
Center of Colfax
Edgewater Public Market
Convivio Café
Green Spaces/Migas Coffee
Public Table House
Union Station
Clear Creek in Golden
Moodswing
And so many more!

Most people search for square footage, bedroom counts, and granite countertops.

We help people search for spaces that support the lives they actually want to live.

From dance studios and artist workshops to urban farms and community-centered neighborhoods, the right property isn't always conventional—and that's okay.

What's the most unique feature your dream property would need?

At LiveWork Denver, we love working with artists, entrepreneurs, activists, and visionaries who are building lives and businesses around what inspires them most.

There’s something powerful about creating a space that supports both your work and your purpose. Whether you’re launching a business, growing a creative practice, or pursuing a mission that matters, the right environment can help turn ideas into reality.

We’re grateful to walk alongside people who see possibilities where others see obstacles—and who are taking meaningful steps toward bringing their vision to life.

The right property matters—but so do the people you buy it with.

Successful co-buying starts with shared goals, honest conversations, and clear expectations. Whether you’re buying with friends, family, or future business partners, finding the right fit is just as important as finding the right home.

Thinking about co-buying? Start with the people. Then find the property.

The right co-buyer can make all the difference.
Co-buying isn't just about finding someone who can help qualify for a mortgage-it's about finding a partner whose goals, expectations, and plans align with yours. From finances and lifestyle to future plans, having the right conversations upfront can help create a stronger foundation for homeownership.
Whether you're considering buying with friends, family, or another household, choosing the right co-buyer is one of the most important steps in the process.
What would be most important to you in a co-buyer?

The future is built one day at a time.

The homes we live in, the communities we invest in, and the connections we create today all become part of tomorrow’s story. Whether you’re planting roots, exploring new possibilities, or simply imagining what comes next, every chapter begins somewhere.
