I’am BEYOND excited for my out of state buyer who’s under contract on this stunning East Wash Park home. A few months ago, I had the absolute honor of helping my client sell this incredible home in Belcaro.

A truly unique property with so much history built by famed architect Thomas Moore. It was fun to research and learn about the architects life and other properties that he built all around Denver.

It was one of those properties that I kept asking my client “Are you sure you want to sell? Are you sure you won’t wake up one day a regret letting go of such a unique home?”

There were about 1,000 moving parts to this transaction but in the end, he moved on to an equally unique and special property and 3100 E Exposition ended up with some really wonderful new owners.

It was my clients dream to move back to Boulder but only if he found the absolute perfect property and boy did we find one! This incredibly unique property was on the market for the first time since it was custom built in 1969 by architect Charles Haertling.

The entire transaction was special from start to finish. Not only were the sellers and listing agent so amazing to work with but we got to hear stories of them growing up in such a unique house, they left my client furniture that were gifts from Haertling to their mother and they were beyond thrilled that my client was going to be the one to continue the wonderful memories in that home. Definitely a career high!
