Who you interview before hiring matters! Please get proof that you will get professional high quality photos when you hire a listing agent. If you get the bad cell phone photos of your home say no thank you and hire a pro. These are both very similarly priced and our condo in Southglenn Commons is SOLD! Life is about that final 5% push and so many times people give up when it’s what’s stopping you from success. You can get through life giving it what is just needed to get something done. Today I realized we needed a project done and it’s crunch time as in we are prepping at 1:00 to showcase this stunning mid century rambling rancher. Threw on the work gloves, grabbed my gardening tools and gave this place the final touch and sparkle with fresh flowers 🌺 I know I only get 10 seconds for a first impression and every detail matters. Picked up some branches from the storm and this is where my OCD brain shines on every project. When you want something bad enough you will find that final 5% and that’s where success happens.
