Hello everyone! My name is Wan Lim. I am passionate and driven to help everyone I can in buying and selling real estate. Just a little bit of information about me, I graduated Colorado State University with a degree in Hospitality Management, I love trying new things whether it be food or adventure, and of course I am head over heels for anything real estate. Coming from a background in the hospit

ality industry, I enjoy talking to, being around, and most importantly assisting people. After all, what’s life without people! Always on the lookout for new experiences and a burning desire to satisfy my sense of adventure, traveling is a large part of my life. I am fortunate enough to have visited many amazing places, and have no intention of slowing down. Hand in hand with traveling, I enjoy engulfing myself into new cultures, foods, and activities, unique or more common place, and that passion will burn inside me forever. Living life to the fullest should be my middle name (instead its Nicholas). In the end, I am lucky to have been born in one of the greatest states in America. As a Colorado native, I don’t know any place I’d rather reside. Being somewhat of a world traveler, a little part of me always misses home and will always bring me right back to The Mile High City. For many, buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions of their lives. As a real estate agent, I am simply here to lend a helping hand, whether that be by handing the keys to some ecstatic new homeowners or helping to hammer in a fresh new “home for sale” sign in a yard. Either way, nothing is more gratifying than helping you find your perfect home, or selling the house which stands between you and your perfect paradise.
