Helping these sellers was truly a privilege. While the circumstances behind their sale weren’t easy, my goal from day one was to make the process as smooth as possible, protect their best interests, and help them achieve the best possible outcome.
And we did! ❤️ Now they can close this chapter and move forward.
But this transaction came with some challenges!
We were in a contingent situation, meaning our sellers’ next steps depended on their buyers successfully closing on another home.
Unfortunately, the lender involved in that transaction delayed closing THREE times, resulting in a 10-day delay that impacted everyone involved.
