Kathy is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attended college at Southern Methodist University and a master’s program at Pepperdine University before moving to Denver in 1993. Before getting into real estate, she was a Family/Child therapist for many years. She then became a real estate closer for 6 years before getting her real estate license. During this time she worked for Attorneys Ti
tle, Mountain States Title and Land Title. She joined Metro Brokers before becoming an agent with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in 2006. Kathy specializes in Central Denver real estate with the emphasis on Wash Park, where she has lived for 10 years. She also specializes in Platt Park, Bonnie Brae, Observatory Park, Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Crestmoor, Downtown and Uptown to name a few.
