DENVER, CO — Panorama Commercial Brokerage, is pleased to announce the sale of Parker Station Plaza, a 9,260 sf, multi-tenant retail building managed by Panorama Property Management, (both are a division of Panorama Commercial Group, LLC) in a deal that never reached the open market.
The property was originally being prepared for a lease listing once its recent vacancy was filled. However, shortly after word began circulating that the ownership might consider a sale, Panorama’s newest broker, Chris Katsaros, moved quickly. Chris had been working with a buyer specifically seeking off-market opportunities, and recognizing the upside potential in the asset, brought the offer directly to broker Mark Pyms.
The offer of $2,100,000 was compelling enough that ownership agreed to sell before the property was ever formally marketed, delivering a smooth, efficient transaction for all parties involved.
“This deal is a great example of what happens when you stay close to your buyers and move fast when the right opportunity presents itself,” said Mark Pyms. “Chris did an excellent job identifying the upside here and bringing a serious offer to the table before anyone else even had a chance to compete for it.”
The transaction highlights Panorama Commercial Group’s ability to source and execute off-market deals by leveraging its broker relationships, property management insights, and deep understanding of buyer demand across the Denver market.
