After the Landlord of this space had spent months spinning their wheels trying to lease it on their own, I'm proud to report that we were able to get it leased in only a month, at a higher rate with an established tenant.

This high traffic, W Colfax Ave frontage location will be the new home to an established local bakery.

Congratulations to Colorado Krav Maga for their recent leasing of their new Denver location. It was a real pleasure to have had the opportunity to represent them. It took several months of searching and negotiating, but we finally nailed down a great spot for their future along with some nice upgrades from their last location. This 16,084 SF Office property sold for $3,000,000 to an owner/user. Huge congratulations to both the seller and buyer!
