JUST LEASED!!
After the Landlord of this space had spent months spinning their wheels trying to lease it on their own, I'm proud to report that we were able to get it leased in only a month, at a higher rate with an established tenant.
This high traffic, W Colfax Ave frontage location will be the new home to an established local bakery.
