Having been raised in a "real estate family", this business is something that just comes natural to me. I am a Colorado native and enjoy the culture, people and seasons that this beautiful state has to offer. I have extensive knowledge of Denver and the local market, knowing its neighborhoods inside and out. With an previous career in lending, I understand the importance of creating a smooth transaction for all parties from start to finish. Whether you are buying or selling, my patience and dedication will leave you with a high degree of customer service. As an associate of Keller Williams, I will work tirelessly on your behalf, with the support and resources of a great real estate company. TESTIMONIALS
"This was my first home selling experience and Caitlin did a great job making the process smooth and comfortable from beginning to end. She had all the tools and knowledge to put our minds at ease and insure everything was taken care of with minimal work on our end. Caitlin was able to showcase our home to the fullest and in return get us top dollar for our property! I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend her to family or friends for their buy/sell needs and look forward to working with her again in the near future!" - Dan
