When people ask me “how’s the market,” this is one of the best pictures to describe it. The green line is available inventory of homes. 🏠 That green line represents a BUYER’s strength to negotiate, which is the highest it’s been in a decade. However, we’re still just now getting back to what is considered a “balanced market” by historical standards. I expect the annual arch of the green line to continue climbing gradually for the foreseeable future.
