🍂 Recipe Wednesday: Slow Cooker Green Chile Chicken Stew

Colorado is famous for green chiles, and this easy slow cooker recipe is perfect for a cool fall day!

🥣 Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup roasted Colorado green chiles (chopped)
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 potatoes, diced
2 carrots, sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
Cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours.
Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the stew.
Stir and serve warm.
