We just finished final construction plans for a new barndominium designed for a growing family in Concordia Parish, Louisiana.

The design combines open-concept living with an outdoor-focused lifestyle, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, a workshop, and future equipment storage.

A practical layout that balances everyday comfort, future growth, and a strong connection to the outdoors.

When the owner contacted us, his requirement was to create a family homestead to sit naturally within the 55-acre landscape. So we did multiple site visits, taking photos from every angle on the ground and used drone footage to get a good understanding of the surroundings. We also studied solar exposure, wind patterns, and terrain to position the home in the best possible location.

Now that we’re done with the pre-design and master plan, we’re looking at a fantastic custom home that captures the panoramic views of Pike’s Peak and the Wet Mountains. The owner loved it so much that we’re moving right into the permitting & construction phase for this property. It feels great to be a part of such a legacy retreat.
