Well everyone. We are at the end of 2017 and I must say that time zoomed by. Where are we headed for 2018. As for the Real Estate Market, it continues to be very strong with the medium list price in Metropoitan Denver at $464,500. (Would not have believed that just 2 years ago). Prices continue to go up, which prices some people right out of the market. We are starting to see a shift in people leaving the State and going to more affordable places. That however has not put a dent in the population, which continues to grow.

Oh well, that is what progress is about. I hope and pray that each of you have a peaceful and blessed Christmas and God bless you all.
