Please welcome our newest member, Thomas Le!

My story starts with experience as a Loan Originator during 2003. I was 20 years old pursuing an Art Degree and working part time at a small loan brokerage. Dreams and aspirations were diverted into many interests and somehow I ended up alongside realtors and loan processors. This was my first encounter with the real estate industry.

Fast forward 20 years later. I graduated college and at the same time obtained a Residential Appraising License right before the Great Recession of 2008-2009. During this recession, the real estate industry fell to its knees, almost causing the economy to crash.

I ended up getting out of the real estate industry and ventured to other careers. First as a freelance Graphic Designer as well as a starting up a couple of companies and leading their marketing campaigns.

Over the years I have worn many hats and with every hat worn came with many lessons learned. I hope to carry on this experience to my customers and provide exceptional service to each and everyone of my clients.

The stock market, inflation and cryptocurrency have all taken a hit in the last few months. Housing will eventually be a victim to the economy as a whole. Just how much is yet to be seen. It is realistic to see days in the MLS, currently sitting at a historic low of four, increase in the coming months.
