RADON TESTING
Many people in the State of Colorado do not realize that Colorado now requires a license for anyone testing or mitigating Radon as of July 1, 2020.
These are separate licenses.
If you are having a test or mitigation done please make sure your service provider has the required license.
I will continue to provide Radon Testing as a service to my clients. However, I have opted to not get the license. I have found a Radon testing company that is providing this service to me as a sub contractor. They do not do mitigation, only testing. This is the same thing I do with Sewer Scopes.
At this time the fee for the Radon test will remain the same.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks ,
Dave.
