With the departure of the Underground music showcase, people in the community are already looking for alternatives.

The first was Blucifer's First Rodeo, which looks to approximate the experience of the UMS.

Now we are potentially getting a Front Porch festival, where artist will play from peoples front yards, as a type of musical block party. I'm here for it.

Being in the top third of your middle-income range qualifies, but that varies by state (and city).

At the low end, $92k puts you in that class in Mississippi, while Massachusetts leads the way with a $163k annual income to be considered.

Colorado isn't far behind, with a $151k qualifying income. Wow.
