A community/ neighborhood or block that includes low- and moderate-income- the CRA program can apply. Don't let this terminology mislead you....some of the most sought after Denver neighborhoods qualify.

The wild ride of 2023 is coming to an end and it's been a guessing game at times for Buyers and Sellers. Ready for what 2024 is already bringing to the market...lower rates and more inventory. Let's G O!

I always feel little weird announcing stats because... what does it 'really' mean? Top 6% is out of 44,000 Denver, CO agents...thats a lot of people helping their clients make big decisions everyday.

I'm not one to have a Plan "B" for helping others- so going all in is what I love and will not stop doing. Thankful for each client trusting me..lots of selling, buying, moving to and from CO strategies and market conversations this year.
