DENVER DEVELOPMENT WATCH | BURNHAM YARD 🏈
The Broncos released updated plans Tuesday for Burnham Yard, their preferred stadium site. The evolving concept now centers on four districts: North End, Village Center, Turntable, and South End.
For perspective, when SoFi Stadium and the larger Hollywood Park district reshaped part of the Los Angeles market, Inglewood's median home sale price rose from $382,395 in 2015 to $719,680 in 2021, an increase of approximately 88%. The stadium was not the only factor. New infrastructure, businesses, housing, public spaces, and broader market conditions also influenced demand.
For Denver investors, the opportunity is not simply buying near a proposed stadium. It is identifying properties positioned to benefit from walkability, transit, retail, employment, and year-round activity while correctly pricing construction, traffic, zoning, affordability, and timing.
