Denver now officially owns the former Park Hill Golf Course, finalizing the long-awaited land swap that trades city-owned property near DIA for the 155-acre site along Colorado Boulevard.

The deal clears the way for the land to become Park Hill Park, set to become Denver’s fourth-largest public park after years of debate over its future use.

The city plans to begin Phase 1 improvements by cleaning up the overgrown space, repairing sidewalks, and removing fencing, followed by community feedback sessions to guide future additions and amenities.
