to pursuing his profession in Real Estate. He couldn't resist coming back to Colorado after exploring other destinations. Some of his family has fortunately joined him in Denver and on the Western slope. AJ earned his Real Estate license in 2011 and is no stranger to the real estate and housing market. AJ has been investing in real estate since 2002. Currently holding and managing key properties gains him a higher understanding of the what to look for. AJ has always been happy to collaborate with his clients and the public while teaching classes or while meeting in person. He loves discussing Market Trend Insights and helping with the navigation that goes along while dealing with buying, selling, or managing. As a father first, raising kids here in Colorado has grounded me in what truly matters with schools, community, safety, and long term stability. While I may not be posting about world travels everyday, I'm deeply connected to the day to day realities that shape how families actualy live. I understand infrastructure, city planning, and how local leadership translates into the decisons on your home purchase. School districts, zoning changes, and neighborhood growth translates into your well being personally and financially. AJ enjoys all things outdoors, but especially mountaineering, water/snow skiing. He has a goal of climbing all 58 of Colorado’s 14ers. AJ is a very pleasent and happy guy. A true solution finder with the courage to make the tough decisions.
