NFL rookie Travis Hunter just broke a neighborhood record with his first big real-estate purchase…
After signing a $46.6 million rookie deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Hunter bought an 8,125-square-foot mansion in the gated Deerwood Country Club for $3.275 million, according to News4Jax.
The two-story estate features five bedrooms, seven baths, a pool, a tennis court, and sits on 7.5 acres of wooded land.
Listing agent Angela Stringfellow confirmed the sale set a price record for the community, calling Hunter “a sweet young man” who valued privacy.
He toured more than a dozen homes before choosing this one, close to several former Jaguars players.
For a 22-year-old balancing fame and football, it’s a grounded start to life in his new city.
