Real estate transactions are a complex and involved process, but who exactly is involved?
There’s the Buyer and the Seller, of course, but their respective representatives such as Brokers, Agents, and even Attorneys are also involved in the process.
Appraisers and Inspectors may also be hired to evaluate the home, while the lender, such as a bank or mortgage company, will provide the funds for the purchase.
Finally, Title Companies are responsible for ensuring that the title to the property is properly transferred from the Seller to the Buyer.

I joined Coldwell Banker in 2014 after my family and I moved to Colorado from Florida. As an Associate Broker, I am thrilled at the opportunity to guide others in discovering Denver's beauty, as I have.
As an agent who's an expert in this local area and a mom to two busy teenagers, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate, school districts, youth sports, family-friendly neighborhoods and all things that relocating to a different neighborhood, school district, or state, keep us up at night! I graduated from University of Florida with a major in Public Relations & Communications and minor in Business Administration. During the start of my career I worked for several large corporations in the South Florida area. My biggest role was in customer relations. It was definitely the greatest experience I was able to bring over to my role in real estate. I learned so much in my prior roles and I am grateful to all the amazing mentors I had along the way.
Our family decided to move to Denver as a result of a job opportunity my husband was presented with in 2013. I had always been drawn to the real estate industry and decided to enter into a new career path.
Moving to Denver with my family was definitely the best decision we have made. Denver and its surrounding areas are breathtaking but more importantly it’s the way Coloradans live life. Everywhere you go there is a sense of community. You can see it as we all cheer on our teams, the smiles and patience of those working with the public, the tranquil pace in which we carry ourselves through the day. My children settled into life here easily and my family still enjoys the opportunity to get outdoors and find new adventures.
