Congrats Elliot and Beth on your new home! This was such a fun transaction all around. Elliot and Beth were referred to me by good friends and were super ready to find their dream home. We viewed lots of homes, and they knew exactly what they wanted! When we found this adorable home, we were lucky to work with amazing sellers and their agent, who happened to be a good friend of mine. And most excitingly...we're neighbors! They found a gem just a few blocks down from my house. I foresee many fun dinner nights ahead. Congrats again ! Cheers 🍾

As we head into late summer and early fall, I wanted to take a moment to highlight these dear friends.

Around a year ago, they let me know they wanted to explore a home purchase, and leave their chic apartment in LoHi for the suburbs. We started looking a few months later, in November/December. Right around the holidays, this home popped up: a spacious 2-story in one of the most desirable covenant communities south of Denver.

It was the week before Christmas, and the home had been sitting on the market one week—by some miraculous twist it wasn't scooped up within its first few days on the market. One other buyer decided to offer at the same time we did; however, with proactive and consistent communication with the seller, we won the bidding war by only going over the asking price by $10,000.

I am always nudging my buyers to look around the holidays as there are deals to be found before the market heats up in the new year. This is one of those success stories, and this house has become a wonderful home for and . It is so gratifying to see them settled and happy in a space that was meant for them ❤️

Some transactions are unique in their synchronicity. When we first toured this home, Michelle told Ben "I think this could be our home."

We began strategizing the terms of our offer, and no surprise to anyone, endured a bidding war in order for our offer to be selected, even competing against a cash offer. But something about my clients resonated with the seller and the listing agent was absolutely wonderful in her communication, allowing us to come out on top.

During the course of our purchase, we discovered that the seller grew up going to the school where my buyer is now a teacher. Both parties are avid dog lovers and committed to community service. It was one of those transactions that felt special, even kismet.

I couldn't be happier for these guys as they take ownership of their first home this week! Congratulations & !

A very special congratulations to , who closed on a truly phenomenal home two blocks from Sloan's Lake earlier this year. Melissa is a savvy house hunter, with experience gained in the ever competitive San Francisco market as well as here in Denver. She had a very clear idea of what she was looking for, and luckily not far into the search process we found a spacious half duplex built in 1925 but tastefully renovated in 2019. We moved quickly to put together a competitive offer, and were able to come out on top of a bidding war at the last minute before the deadline. Congratulations Melissa, I've loved becoming friends through our real estate adventures over the last few years!

Had the best time in northern Michigan celebrating the 4th of July and seeing family. Pip survived his first road trip—20 hours each way—and it was so rewarding to see him romp around and swim in my favorite place. Thankful for such a fun, relaxing time during this busy season!
