Relationships really do matter. That’s why I tell potential clients that my style is relational, not transactional. I’m here for the long haul—not just to close a deal, but to truly be invested in your journey. This time, over the course of 10 years.
When we first met and started working together way back in 2015, Natalie—a talented ceramics artist—was freaked out to buy her first home. Nervous and unsure, she pushed back the fear, stayed within her budget, and cautiously listened to my advice to keep moving forward (along with her parents), that it would be worth it in the end.
She ended up buying what we lovingly referred to as a “grandma’s house”—a home with good bones, lots of potential, and plenty of room to flex her creativity. 👵 She could update it over time, making it uniquely hers while enjoying the journey. And that’s exactly what she did.
Fast forward a whole decade to today—closing day. 🙌 Natalie transformed her home into something truly special, blending thoughtful updates with its original vintage charm. The result? A home with character that stood out in the market. When we listed it this past April, the response was more than we expected—three offers, all over list price within 48 hours! No easy feat having to maintain cleanliness with 4 dogs—all who needed to be shuttled out for each showing. 😳 Proof that people still gravitate toward homes with color, character, and a story.
For me, this is the best part of my job—building long-term relationships that span years, guiding clients through significant financial decisions, and being in their corner to help facilitate a big win. Watching Natalie’s journey from a nervous first-time buyer to a confident seller is why I love what I do. 😁
If you’re ready to start your own journey—whether it’s finding your first home, upgrading, or selling a place you’ve made your own—I’d love to be part of your story. Reach out, and let’s talk about how I can help you take that next step! 🏡
