Everyday Hero Housing Assistance Fund

Everyday Hero Housing Assistance Fund EHHAF is a home buying assistance program for police, firefighters, teachers, social workers and more.

Our network of agents and lenders work together to help cover closing costs. EHHAF assists Everyday Community Heroes like police, firefighters, teachers, social workers and medical professionals - by providing them with free gift funds to help purchase a home. Our mission is to expand housing opportunities to teachers, doctors, nurses, fire and police professionals, and social workers and to promo

te the value of homeownership as the foundation for building strong communities and personal security for men and women serving their communities. In 2005, a Denver Colorado based company called Legacy Housing Assistance Fund opened its doors and sought to help our community Heroes, Teachers, Police, Firefighters, Medical professionals, and Social Workers own a home.

A team of neighbors, firefighters, and animal control officers worked for hours in the freezing weather to rescue four horses that fell through an icy pond.

The South Kalispell Fire Department responded to the scene in Montana, after the four horses fell through the ice, and were stuck up to their necks.

“I would like to take the time to thank you folks for the great work you have done. The agent you set us up with was very professional. She did a great job negotiating for us. The lender was also very wonderful. They were very attentive to our needs. They worked very hard for us so that we were able to close on time."
