My buyers officially closed on their new home 42.65 acres, and we negotiated one heck of a deal.

Original list price: $675,000
Final purchase price: $635,000
Seller credits: $10,000

That’s $40,000 UNDER asking price + another $10,000 in seller-paid credits. 🙌🏼

My favorite part of real estate will always be helping my clients find the right property — but getting to negotiate a deal like THIS for them makes it even sweeter. 🤝🏼
